Dr. Janiece Nicole Stewart, MD

The whole experience with Dr, Stewart was excellent .

Our first visit (I took my son) with Dr. Stewart was perfectly fine. Our second visit, not so much. Waited for 45 minutes to be seen. I ended up speaking with the man at the phones and told him my son had an appointment after this one and if we weren't seen soon, we would have to leave. Magically, Dr. Stewart appeared from her office. And it wasn't like she was seeing patients. She had been in her office that entire time. Next visit, we decide on an mri for my son. That was 8 days ago. The hospital where they did the mri said she (Dr. Stewart) would get the results via email that evening. For the last 4 days, I have called Dr. Stewart's office requesting the results. NOTHING. No call back, no explanation, no nothing. I'm not sure if I need to beg or what. Very unprofessional. When I get the results, I will be seeing another doctor

My mother was seen at this office and had an absolutely horrible experience. I work in a office enviroment as well so I can understand how at times due to a loaded schedule, patient phone calls, etc the ball can get dropped. However, when there is not a follow up system in place to check the status of authorizations or something of that nature that is a problem. No patient should have to call MULTIPLE times to find out what is going on with their account just to find out that nothing was ever sent in to the insurance. This is a persons life you are dealing with and when an office shows incompetence on more then one occasion there is a problem...customer service is seriously vacant with this office and office staff should really be more properly trained or someone needs to go...

Dr. Stewart is very personable and really talks to you and hears you.
