Was very rough with my infant son. Had my husband pin him down unecessarily. Cringed when he cried. Number one, if you were being pinned down in a strange place, you’d probably cry too. Number two, you are a doctor of children and babies so if you can’t handle crying, maybe you are in the wrong field. Handle it professionally instead of making the patients feel uncomfortable. Also roughly scraped out my son’s ear causing him pain and fear when, at his follow up appointment (with another doctor, obviously) we were told his ears were fine and basically that that shouldn’t have been done.

Very abrupt, completely dismissed ongoing concern about my daughter, spent about 2 minutes with me before deciding my child had nothing wrong with her, went to a new dr who spent adequate time with us asking questions and received a diagnosis and referral to a specialist for treatment
