Great physician I have had for 20 years.

I was pretty sure my Mom had a minor stroke but she refused to go to the hosp. Instead she wanted an appt with Dr. Steinbrecher. I called and told the office my mom had a stroke. I waited a week. Calling and calling and calling. No return call. I finally went by her office and demanded to see her. She sent word that she was busy. Then she finally called me back. My mom has a very unusual last name and this "doctor" claimed she had a woman of the same name in a nursing home and she was fine. Even if that were true (which is NOT) she couldnt call me back for over a week to find out what my problem was??? As a result of her delay, my mom went without treatment for an inexcusable amount of time. This "doctor" is worthless. She has no business treating people.

Dr. Steinbrecher has been our Dr. for the past 11 years and our experience has always been fantastic! Even though we usually see a PA or NP, if we need to see the Dr., there's no problem. Dr. Steinbrecher is honest about your health and provides hard-ball feedback if you need to loose a few pounds, or other recommendations. My wife and daughter are very happy with the care her and her staff have provided. I can't think of any way a Dr. could be any better!

I found Dr. Steinbrecher to be a thorough and caring physician. Her approach is straight forward and honest and she respects her patients and expects dialogue during diagnosis and participation from them in their treatment. She is concerned with the overall health and developing healthy lifestyles for her patients - and continues with follow up calls after you leave her office.
