Terrible service by the staff and the doctor never followed on test. I would not recommend them.

In the last year, Alison at his office has messed up my prescriptions 3 times in a row, including not sending them at all to my druggist. Many have complained about her, but she's still there. He seems unconcerned. I'm currently looking for a replacement.

Dr. Jay is the greatest. He is really intelligent and never rushes out. He will discuss your problem until you understand. You may have to wait for your appointment but it is worth it. His is also great.

Dr. J has been my primary care Dr of 5 years. He always takes his time with his patients. He is very understanding and supportive.

Dr. Jay saved my life by correctly diagnosing a chronic health condition that would have claimed it. He and his staff are the most incredible health care team I've ever experienced!!!!

He was not happy that my husband were asking questions about his condition and was very voiceful about how he felt about it. I was not happy that he was upset with our questions that we asked. I think a Dr. should want his patients to ask about their care. This surprised me and my husband.
