I received excellent professional care during my recent office visit and subsequent procedure to reduce nerve pain caused by degenerative disc disease, and a synovial cyst pressing on my nerve root. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated being able to schedule an appointment within 2 working days due to my level of pain. Dr. Urban was willing to take the time to go over my diagnosis, proposed treatment options, and answer all my questions. The office staff and technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have to spend any time in the waiting room for either of my appointments. I was completely at ease the day of my procedure.
