Dr. Janny Altagracia Ozuna Mendez, MD

I do not recommend the doctor at all. Her staff is horrible. They are rude and take FOREVER to do something for you. I can not believe that some of them actually have jobs considering how rude and lazy they are. I do not think that the doctor and her staff communicate about patients at all because the doctor always seems surprised that things aren't done when she asks her staff about them. The doctor herself has changed A LOT. she used to be kind and take her time with patients but now it seems as though she only cares about her own success. She never calls to tell you about your test results- even if there is something bad. I had to go personally to her office to ask her about my result because no one ever answers the phone. She blamed her staff for the call I never received about my tests and when she was reading the results it was as if she just saw them for the first time! She is not a reliable doctor at all. She isn't on top of her patients and definitely not on top of her… own staff.
