That pink shirt! I remember for raising money for breast cancer, around 2007-2008. I miss you. I miss a lot of the practice, as your manager. I hope you’re doing well. I’m remarried, after my husband died, and now live in Florida. My new last name is Anderson, but I was Richter back then.

Dr. Becker really listens and really cares. He checks things out but doesn't go for tons of unnecessary tests.

I made a new patient appt with Dr. Becker 2 weeks ago. I was called by his office after 4pm the day before the appt. cancelling my appointment- stating that he was now at capacity and won’t be seeing me at all. I now need to pick a different primary care option.How did I make the appt in the first place? Now - I am inconvenienced because I took time off work for this DR. Appt and now I don’t even have one. This is the most ridiculous turn of events from this Doctor’s office. Don’t try to go here!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Becker for many years. He even saved my life by sending me directly from his office to the hospital for multiple blood clots. I will never forget that.

Dr.Becker and his staff have no clue about patient experience, patient outcomes, patient family centered care or quality care. It is very obvious, the rude and uncaring behavior from frontline staff comes from the doctors and the office Manager Myra. There is no quality of care, no regard or compassion for those they serve, and no professional follow up to insure good care is coming from their office. This practice is a total mess and should be reported to Ohio Dept of Health and the Ohio Medical Board. It is the poorest ran office, and lacks much in the areas of patient care. It is a liability that is about to blow up. Totally ignoring the elderly they profess to be caring for and their egos are what needs a good dose of reality and medicine. If you love your people, please, this is not the practice for you.

Keeps up with the latest without neglecting patient history

We've been going to Dr. Becker for a number of years and really like him. He listens well.

Dr. Becker has been our primary care doctor since 1996. He has moved a couple of times, but we have stayed with him. My husband and I both trust him very much. When our former doctor retired, we asked a pharmacist and a nurse we knew who they recommended on our list. Dr. Becker was recommended by both. We never thought we would find another doctor whom we both liked a lot. We have been very happy with Dr. Becker and his staff and would not ever want to switch our PCP. We highly recommend Dr. Becker.

I've never met such boorish staff at a medical office in my life. Curt, rude and a "get off the phone quickly" attitude. Frankly, in any other industry they'd be fired!

Exceptionally good in all respects. Very knowledgable and makes reasonable diagnoses. Accommodating, courteous and cost sensitive.
