For the first time in 8 years in going to Dr Eller I was prevented in going due to not being able to pay the deductible. The staff was so rude I will never take my insurance in their again or myself. For a Stinken 30 bucks I was told I could see the doctor until I coughed that up...You know for some 30 bucks may seem like nothing but I pay 630 dollars a month for insurance and to be refused. It was the worst case I even, I had twisted my back and have been in serious agony for weeks and to be denied by the front desk is sick. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOURE lack of COMPASSION SALEM, but Ill take my business elsewhere in the mean time my back is getting better, just wait long enough I suppose anything will go away...Thanks Again

He listens to what you have to say and discusses the pros and cons of this treatment or that.

So many reasons the wait time is ridiculously long, unfortunately seems very rushed on all appointment times. Similar to what I've read would be a good doctor for low maintenance things cuts scrapes the flu anything else absolutely not. Whomever hired his assistant did a poor job

Dr. Eller is a awesome DR. if you can get to see him. His support staff is somewhat questionable. I have been talked down to by completely uncaring people

I have had exceptional care by Dr. Eller and his staff. He spends time with me listening as well as giving me advice in terms that I can understand. He is very careful to tell me what could be the result if I ignore improving my health. I really appreciate his frankness and concern. I am a 60 year old female. Best doctor I've ever had!

Does not spend time with patients or seem to follow up especially with elderly patients, with follow ups, hearing, state of all around well being

This guy is the worst doctor I have ever had if you can even call him that. Go anywhere, but to him!

You will be lucky to get more than 5 minutes of his time. I had terrible bronchitis for months and he kept trying to give me asthma medicine and was very quick to jump to conclusions and etc. So I left and found a good doctor who ran the proper tests and diagnosed me properly.
