Dr. Jared Lee Overman, MD

I’m an active person and runner. I had a botched foot surgery several years ago by this doctor, and have had problems off and on since then. I later learned (from other podiatrists I had to see due to complications from that surgery), that the procedure he was supposed to have done, a Weil Osteotomy, wasn’t done correctly. I’ve had to have two additional surgeries to correct the problems created by the first one, but he took so much bone initially that I am left with few options and chronic pain. I do not recommend him and suggest avoiding Jared Overman. He is unprofessional and cocky and is far too liberal with surgical tools. He completely altered the biomechanics of my foot. Find another surgeon for your foot/ankle issues.

If you can avoid this doctor, do. He is condescending, won’t answer questions that allow you to help yourself and manage your care in between appointments, and won’t address your concerns with any sort of respect. He will rush you like his office is on fire, then dismiss you when you ask him to slow down. How in the WORLD did this guy make any headway in his career with an arrogance and bedside manner so uncontrollably terrible.
