discount dr house attitude. could care less because you are not a challenge to him. he makes you feel like you shouldn't have come to the ER. Every time i have to go into the ER for a flare up he leaves me feeling like i should just commit suicide for being a burden.

I went to the emergency room for a hand wound. I waited for 3 hours in an empty emergency waiting room because they forgot I was there. I had to interrupt his chit chat with the nurses to remind him I was there. This must have angered/embarrassed him because he proceeded to rip the bandage off of my hand right there in the waiting room which caused the wound to start bleeding profusely again. He told me to go home and clean It and replace the bandage. I asked him if he could do that there as I had to walk through unsanitary NYC streets in order to get home. He said I should just do it myself. So I left. I then received a bill for his “services”. When I called the hospital to complain, they told me that they had not billed because they determined there was nothing to bill for. The doctor, Jared Rich, had to decided to bill on his own. Not only did he not perform any medical service whatsoever, he in fact did more harm to the wound and then billed me for it. I have called repeatedly to… have this charge removed, each time them reassuring me that they were going to take care of it. Instead they have now sent it to collection. This doctor is a complete hack and should not be qualified to work in any industry, but especially not medicine.
