Poor office staff , took 4 months to get a refund , not yet got , but finally had to get mad for something to be done But they got paid by two insurance companies right away and me too , so three times they were paid Called due to problem w 2nd root canal and had to contact my dentist to call them after not hearing from them for a week , Staff will not even look at you when you come in , they talk to their computers /phones as you are standing right in front of them

I had a root canal today, and as I was leaving I told Dr. Schellenberg this was the best dental experience I ever had. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Schellenberg did my root canal this morning and I was so anxious about it. He was so amazing! He explained everything he was doing and why. There was NO pain at all involved. Even his instruments were quiet. He explained each step and made me feel comfortable. I was prepared for gas but did not need it at all. It was more comfortable than my routine cleaning. His assistant was so good. They worked well as a team. When I left his office I knew exactly what he did and why and what to do for follow up. I would highly recommend this doctor to any one.

This is the second root canal Dr. Schellenberg has performed on me. In the day when rude seems to exemplify the front desk his office staff is always very pleasant and professional. I had some pain after the first root canal and he answered my calls two times after hours and on the weekend. Very thorough in explaining procedures and listens to questions well.
