Dr. Jared R Seibert, MD

My routine deviated septum surgery with Dr. Seibert was an utter failure. I now have as much or more trouble breathing than I did before my surgery. Despite expressly telling Dr. Seibert that I did not want any cosmetic procedures, Dr. Seibert aggressively pushed cosmetic procedures to be done to the end of my nose which was not at all the source of my breathing problems. He not only didn’t fully explain the cosmetic procedures but he also failed to carry them out correctly. Now I have an unsymmetrical lumpiness at the end of my nose which looks horrible. On a follow up with a different ENT surgeon, it was confirmed that Dr. Seibert utterly failed to correct the deviated septum and the response I got regarding the cosmetic procedures that were “attempted” was one of complete bewilderment as to what Dr. Seibert was even thinking to do what he did. In my experience, Dr. Seibert was arrogant, rude, and failed utterly in all of the multiple of the procedures he attempted.

I would NOT recommend seeing this provider. Dr. Seibert performed a tonsillectomy on me and failed to check in with me in recovery. Not only does he feel it is unnecessary for a post-op visit for surgical patients, but he sent me home with FIVE low dose pain pills! He may as well had sent me home with a few Tylenol! I have had a LOT of physical pain in my life, and the tonsillectomy ranked up at the very top. I notified Dr. Seibert’s clinical nurse that the few low dose pain pills I was sent home with was insufficient, and she told me that this is “protocol.” ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE! I experienced severe pain for two full weeks and had to see my primary provider for the necessary pain relief measures. I would have ended up in the ER on account of the pain if it wasn’t for my primary provider. The constant pain was indescribably unbearable! Additionally, the clinic nurse failed to even check up on me and was very apathetic. Not a good experience!
