Dr. Jared G Wolfert, MD

After several Dr’s and an edema therapist have all diagnosed me with edema and angioedema, Dr Wolfert tells me he doesn’t see any evidence of the swelling in complaining about (mind you I can hardly make a fist most of the time) but proceeded to tell me that I’m “carrying extra weight I should address” . Look at the profile pic on my electronic chart!! It’s less than a year old!! This is now how my face or body usually looks!!! If I’ve gained THAT MUCH WEIGHT in such a short amount of time, I have a whole new set of problems!! Way to make a woman go sit in her car and cry!! I guess I’ll think again before leaving my house or going to that ER for help.

I was a PT of his in the emergency room. He has very distasteful bedside manner, his demeanor is very rude and his assumptions were obvious. I am a nurse (unknown to him) and I was incredibly disappointed. Doctors like him ruin the medical community.
