Jarmil Alyssa Peters, MD

Dr. Jarmil Peters is a pulmonologist who focuses on diagnosing and treating diseases of the lungs and respiratory system. She earned her medical degree from St. Georges University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, and completed her residency at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Peters further specialized through a pulmonary and critical care fellowship at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, also in Brooklyn. She provides care for patients in English.

Dr. Peters practices at CHI St. Vincent Pulmonology Disease and Critical Care Medicine Clinic in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She treats patients with breathing difficulties and lung collapse conditions. Her expertise includes helping patients with weight-related breathing problems. Dr. Peters performs lung function tests to evaluate how well patients' lungs are working and incorporates physical therapy and strength training into treatment plans to help improve respiratory health.
