I had a rhinoplasty/ septoplasty some years ago He was nice & pleasant at time when we meet for a consultation,He Reassured me that he could perform surgery on ethnic nose,But left my nose disfigured & I was unable to breath,I told him that, he responded you be o.k it takes time to heal and your nose will look beautiful & you will be breathing with ease!I went to 3 well known surgeons told me they have to execute what he has done physically and internally and will resolve my breathing issues and fix the outernose scarring he done with the scapel,I have written progress notes from these highly respected Surgeons,This doctor accused me of being on drugs ,I never asked him for drugs!Said I had mental problems,He never refunded me for the damages that he did!He never fixed my deviated septum,Falsified an insurance claim, I need to use rib cartilage to fix damages he has done,Cost me more too repair all the damages he done to my nose,Family and spouse are angry with him!Warning to all… of you don't gamble with yourself!BEWARE

I went to a dermatologist for what I thought was going to be a routine scraping of some basal cell carcinoma (the "good" kind). When she got down to bone she suggested I see Dr. Little to take out the bone in the upper nose to be sure. I read these reviews and was understandably concerned. I can only say that Dr. Little got me in surgery in two days and everything went as smoothly as you could want. He was a good communicator regarding options and prognosis and has a good bedside manner. Went in for two week evaluation and he told me to "go have fun". Now months later, his prediction that no one would even know I had surgery on my nose is true. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Dr. Little.

If all you need is botox I would be careful. I needed reconstruction now I have to have surgery to fix what he did

Really not great he might have been at 1 time. His work left me in pain, scarred and having to have surgery to fix what he did

Go anywhere else 6 surgeries in just over a year. Would not respond on weekends. Horrible staff

I have a hideous scar, a misformed breast and got left in horrible pain after being accused of being a drug seeker. Like anyone has a mascectomy to get pain pills,

As long as you don't have ANY issues he might be OK. I am older, my tissue expanders could not be placed during mastectomy because of the skin being thin.after dr. Little placed expanders I had 1 dtain that stayed bloody for 2 werks he said they had to go in remove the expander and clean out the infection, after that I had a stitch that was trying to poke thru the skin which he tried to fix in the office. Fluid from the lymp nodes is apparently food for infection. Fluid wouldn't let that close and it opened my chest up again. So once again the expander had to be replaced. 2 leaking tissue expanders had to be replaced. After that Dr. Little no longer did the fills. I repeatedly had lymph fluid that would come out of the hole where the needle went in to inject saline. So after 1 bad infection 2 expanders that leaked the odds of this happening 1 are tiny but 2 x is unheard of. 5 surgeries later and a year of horror I'm finally getting to implant which was horrible overnight in the… hospital in horrible pain I was released on a friday with NO pain control. I was in agony for 5 days after paging, calling & texting dr.little for help.

Don't ever schedule procedures on friday. If you need help over the weekend you will have to wait until Tuesday
