Dr. Jasbir Singh Bisla

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bisla for several years. He is extremely kind and compassionate. I appreciate his insight and that he never rushes. He has been very helpful to me. I’m thankful that I found Dr. Bisla.

Kept telling him I was gaining weight he wouldn’t listen to me now at 90 Lbs of gain I’m struggling to get off of medication and having to do it on my own. Haven’t found a suitable replacement. Just frustrating tells me to go somewhere else.

Dr. Bisla has been my psychiatrist for 14 years. From the beginning, he conducted a detailed, thorough initial evaluation, and gave me my first accurate diagnosis after years of suffering through cycles of depression. He has been an important constant support in my life, and I trust and value his judgement. I have referred several people to him, who have also received the same consistent, excellent support.

Little compassion for the patient, if you question him he tells you to get another Doctor, sounds like he gets irritated if you do question him, must have a complex about his abilities to practice.

The infuriating thing is, i went to the doctors in the morning expecting to talk about my physical exam i just got after it expired 2 years ago. This time they told me i had to see my psychiatrist. Unfortunately, i had to make and appointment and talk to him. Thus he said he couldn't approve of my CDL and mentioned that i had to go to another doctor, so he reffered 2 doctors. It took me 6 hours finally found a doctor that was available. their staff called Bisla, and said that it was the drowsiness of the medications. Other than (i will not approve for any reason). He would not help or work with me what time i can take my medication so it is safe to drive or even go into the fact on how it effects my driving. even though i only take it 1 time a day and its a low dose he does not approve of me driving with it in a commercial truck. i then did explain to him it was not a 16 wheeler but a bucket truck. Also, i drive at 4:30 every morning in a regular car, not drowsy at all. It was tough… getting my commercial drivers license and now i wont be able to keep it. It would have been better if he worked with me a little more, because i'm not a very drowsy person in the morning when i wake up for work, which must not be safe for me going to work anymore.

The only Doctor that ever explained exactly what my condition entails. Very good, makes me feel good and healthy!

This office is the most infuriating dr.s office. Inconistant co-pays. Cheaper to go cash pay? Dr doesn't even spend more than 10 minutes w patients. Does not even call back when a patient requests. I pretty much prescribe myself. The only reason I go here is because of the length of time it takes to get into see another dr. Arizona is horrible for mental health care. No one takes insurance and if they do you have to wait months to see one. Dr. Bisla only does the bare minimum to treat patients. If you want a caring professional who gives you comprehensive care this is not the dr.

Dr Bisla has been my anchor for 15 years-I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Very disappointed because I never got to see the doctor. Apparently you can't reschedule an appointment more than 2 times. I have a son with Autism and his dr appointments always come first. I gave weeks notice to the office when changing appointment times also. They were very rude and I would not recommend this dr because dealing with the front office isn't worth it.

He actually listens to what you have to say.
