Worst office ever! Please heed this warning: the office staff, and all others for that matter, are HORRIBLE at follow up. After I left five or six voicemails and messages, I gave up. Getting a new doctor! Funny enough, the billing department is very efficient!

I have been with this practice for the better part of 8+ years as they are extremely close to where I live. Today was the worst day I've had there with them and it was BAD. I was told to do fasting blood work done and I was there prior to 8am with a line of people (I was 3rd in line). They opened the office late and as we piled in to check in at the desk, I was signed in to get blood work done. I was told not even 24 hours earlier that I didn't need an appointment and to come right in at 8. I waited and waited and waiting as everyone before AND after me was seen and I kept asking what the problem was with one excuse after another. After a 45 minute wait, I was starting to feel the effects of the fasting. I needed to eat and take medication and kept informing the front desk of that. Finally. after being brought back the tech got an attitude with me because I was generally upset as I should be. He was the rudest person I have ever dealt with there. I had my blood drawn by another person… b/c I was treated so poorly from this tech. Needless to say, I will get my results and I have made an appointment with another GP doctor. These people are the worst. They overbook themselves and then pass the attitude of that onto the patients. I will be back one more time to get my health records sent to someone else. No one should be treated the way I was treated today.

Scheduling was easy, physician was very knowledgeable, staff was caring. Can have blood work xrays and other tests done all in one visit! Very happy I visited this practice compared to other facilities.

Worst office I’ve ever taken my children to. Money is the big motivator at this practice! If your reading this review DO NOT step foot in this practice if you care about your health. Nothing but a money hungry practice!!!

Very nice doctor and staff, but BEWARE my procedure was denied from my insurance saying "it was not medically necessary" now I am stuck with a $400.00 bill for a "trigger point injection" in the back that was never explained as "experimental". What kind of doctor wouldn't tell or warn me that it "may not be covered"? I have the best medical insurance!! I have heard many other stories similar to mine, so BEWARE

This the last time. Show up for an appointment and not there when he was supposed to be there..this is the third time . the staff said they called and left a message..they did not. I even asked what number they called. This by far the worst doctor i have ever come across. talks down to you, condescending. two practices .does stem cell treatment for 6000 dollars where other doctor charges 1500, runs a spa next door. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.

Dr. Kobobel has one of thee BEST bedside manners I've encountered in years. Wonderful experience, you can walk-in or make an appointment. I've been going to Dr. Kobobel for over 2 years now. His offices are equipped with state of the art medical equipment and his medical staff is sensitive and very attentive to your needs. I changed doctors and chose Dr. Kobobel as my primary doctor because he's basically a onestop medical office. Patient for life!!!

Great doctor, great staff. I wouldn't ever change. The people really care about me and listen to me. Their followup needs some work. I still lovem.

Make an appointment to wait 2+ hours to be told they took to many walk ins. Don't make this your primary provider as his practice is not family medicine it's walk ins to pay for the new BMW

Horrible place. I wouldn t go back here if you paid me to. They have no idea what they are doing.
