Dr. Jasmine Rarang Biol, MD

I had this doctor at Kaiser, like others said she is super impatient, does not listen, and uses time to talk about unnecessary things you already know. She will only cover one thing in an appointment and is very inefficient. I'm a chill person and very relaxed, and from my point of view she is a complete spaz case. I attended some of the best universities in the country and looking at this lady, I'm not sure how they gave her a degree.

This doctor does not hide her impatience. She loses her patience fast.

This doctor does not listen thoroughly or patiently to those in her care. She presumes to know everything and to know best. She automatically assumes that those who are down on their luck or who can't afford private care are idiots and undeserving of her full attention. She is patronizing and impatient.

She takes time to answer ALL your questions and concerns, she is also very friendly and professional. My whole family loves her. Appts are so easy to make and if you need to see her that day she does everything possible to get you in. She even calls to check up after a visit.
