Dr. Jason Aminsharifi, MD

Professional, funny & personable.

We were on vacation and my husband developed an inguinal hernia which had to be repaired before we drove home. After doing lots of research, we decided to go see Dr. Aminsharifi. We were very impressed. He knew immediately what the problem was and how he could carry out the repair. He explained every step of the surgery and recovery in a manner that made us comfortable in a strange city, strange hospital with a strange doctor. He wasn’t rushed and discussed all aspects of the procedure thoroughly. On the day of surgery, he was reassuring and patiently answered every question we had thought of. After the surgery, he came out to the waiting room, sat down, and explained how the surgery went with no problems encountered. My husband recovered quickly and without incident. My only regret is that he doesn’t practice in our home town!
