Dr. Jason Steve Annan

Dr. Annan and His Family
Dr. Jason Annan grew up in Mount Pleasant and attended Wando High School.  He received his degree in Civil Engineering from Duke University and a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering from Clemson University.
After working for four years in engineering, Dr. Annan went to the University of North Carolina for dental school. After dental school he completed an optional year of advanced, hospital dental training at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, N.C.
He practiced for four years in Charlotte, N.C., before returning home to Mount Pleasant. Dr. Annan, his parents, and his extended family have strong roots in Mount Pleasant. Dr. Annan is an avid runner and enjoys dental mission trips.
Dr. Annan is a prestigious fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and International Congress of Oral implantologists, something only 1% of all dentists achieve.
Dr. Annan is married to Lisa (Sappenfield) Annan of Charlotte. Lisa is a PhD psychologist. They have a son, …Cooper, who was born in 2007.

Our doctor and staff have years of experience in treating children of all ages. Unlike most pediatric dentist offices, our focus is on individualized visits with a less hectic pace and an overall more relaxed dental environment. Kids who visit our office will enjoy the waiting room television and play center!
Many parents comment that our relaxed environment and individualized attention have changed the way their kids perceive dental visits. Our office is staffed with parents of children of all ages and we truly understand the needs and desires of pediatric dental care.
We provide a slow paced, welcoming environment that gives each child time to become acquainted with our staff, office, and techniques. Our goal is to incorporate learning, treatment, reward, and fun to allow for successful dental visits and long range positive dental experiences for our pediatric patients.
