I had three ares of concern on my face. One area was different from the other two, which he correctly diagnosed as actinic keratosis; the third one obviously was not the same thing, but he diagnosed the same. Apparently this doctor does not know what cellulitis looks like. Never. Again.

I am very pleased with the results of my procedure done by Dr. Arrington. He exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Arrington to anyone seeking a plastic surgeon.

Had plastic surgery as a result of a cancerous mole on my face. Dr. A sewed up the hole left by the removal of the mole in a few seconds. Upon removing the stitches I could see a horrible red scar. He said he could fix it but I would have to pay out of pocket for the repair. I wasn't stupid enough to go back to him after seeing what he had done to one of my neighbors and looking in the mirror every day at the huge scar on my face.

DR A & his team made me feel welcomed & comfortable throughout my entire procedure process. answered all of my questions with honesty and was very direct and caring. i will continue to go to DR A for all future projects!!!

Totally trust this DR. He is conservative on his teqnique, yet through on his procedures. No scaring. Great follow up. Highly recommended by my obgyn who gave Arrington great creditials.

What I was presented with before surgery is not what I received and the results were very different than what I was told the results would look like. Incisions were not in the places he said they would be, nerves were damaged, incisions were sloppy, stitches on one side were nothing like the stitches on the other side resulting in problems and he refused to correct his work. Empty promises turned into flat out refusal.Run, don't walk away.... or you'll possibly and most likely be seeing another PS to fix what you were originally promised and should have been done the first time and then you will be spending that same amount of money all over again when you have the whole procedure repeated, including the painful experience. So disappointed, so misled and thrown to the curb at the end, even after three other doctors told me they thought he should fix it, after all isn't that what we paid him for. I guess not. Sad.

Visiting this practice was a huge mistake and rip-off. Research indicates Radiesse filler should take care of nasolabial folds and last a good 9 months at least. This M.D. had his nurse do the injection. The only thing filled out was a swollen and fat lip. When swelling went down, there was no change at all. Then she said, "We never said there was a guarantee. You'd be a good candidate for plastic surgery." Never would I let the man touch me with a ten-foot pole. Went somewhere else and had beautiful results almost instantaneously. Do NOT waste your money with these rip-off artists.
