Dr. Jason Thomas Banks, MD

Terrible Dr.. I had went to Jason Banks for a whiplash injury after being rear ended by a semi. My 1st visit I asked for a Neck MRI, which he ordered, however, afterwards his nurse "Tank" refused all my requests for a follow up appointment to go over the MRI! Finally, after many calls, and worsening symptoms, Banks agreed to see me one last time( 7 months later) in which he stated my bulging discs in my neck were just from me being middle age, even though I had no neck pain /problems before wreck! Also another DR had seen the MRI and saw I had 2 herniated discs. Then when Banks was walking out the door, he states "For all I know you might get in a wreck leaving here today", like it was somehow my fault a truck with faulty brakes slammed into me! WOW. I later found out "Spine and Nero" has a website where they cater to auto insurance companies to send their patients to them. Dr Banks is a very BIAS Dr.. if you have been injured by someone... BEWARE of DR Banks!

Dr Banks is great. He is a straight shooter, but truly cares for his patients. He will do whatever it takes to make you feel better. He has operated on multiple family members of mine and had success every time! I would reccomend Dr. Banks to anyone!

Was an answer to prayer after another misdiagnosed a serious problem.

My first encounter with Banks was unsatisfactory. He would not give specific answers, such as everything fine or I've been doing this many years. Still not answering specific questions. Arrogrance present when I persist for a specific answer. Commented on his condition as though he had not seen him. Would not recommend him to anyone.

Mom has had two surgeries with Dr Banks. Good results. Friendly, listens,great lead nurse. Recomend him highly
