What a wonderful experience

When i visited this dr. he was so wonderful and friendly and did everything we asked. Great experience.

Fired my family and I from clinic with no explanation!! He tried to prescribe medication to me with out seeing me in four months for depression and not calling me in to the clinic and see me face to face. It could have had a bad reaction with one of the other medications I was taking prescribed to me for a specialist he referred me to. So I decided it was in my families best interest that we change doctors.

Dr Bauerschlag and his nurses are always friendly and courteous. He spends time needed to thoroughly explain diagnosis and recommended treatment.

He was the best doctor I have had. Very nice patient and concerned for your wellbeing.

We started seeing Dr. Bauerschlag right after we moved here nearly nine years ago. He had few patients because he was new. He treated us well and we really liked him a lot and received excellent care from him. During the past two to three years his service has become mediocre at best. His staff has changed and are consistently rude and they will lie about converstations to keep the doctor on their side. Actual experience where the lady told the doctor she was being cussed when there were two witnesses on the other end of the phone and no cussing happened, and the rudeness occured on the part of the nurse...but to stay out of trouble, she lied! The doctor then lied to me and said he was present when it took place, but the nurse repeatedly kept saying that the doctor was in "Clinic" and was not available to come to the phone...so either way, one of the two of them are liars!The doctor has apparently gotten enough business now that he does not care about his patients anymore. For… that matter, how good is he? He diagnosed my husband with diabetes and told him to take a medication, Actos, and I knew that it caused weight gain...well when you have diabetes associated with weight, then why do you put them on a medication that causes weight gain? Well, after a year I convinced my husband to throw away the Actos, and I put him on a strict 1300 calorie a day diet, got a new doctor to prescribe Metformin, because it has weight loss positive impacts, and within six months, he was off all diabetes medications. Then with me, he told me I had a potassium deficiency...didn't catch the fact that I also had a B12 deficiency, which my new doctor, Dr. Henderson caught shortly after I started seeing him. B12 and potassium deficiencies go hand in hand. So, an adequate doctor with no people skills left because his ego has gotten too big and he finds himself to be God-like and the rest of us are supposed to be grateful to him for his declining abilities as a doctor.
