Dr. Jason Andrew Berner, MD

Just set up as a new patient and the young lady I spoke with was extremely nice, and very friendly. Now Ive got an appointment in March with a PA and yes I was made aware that she was a PA from the beginning I stated that I was fine with that as long as a Dr would look over the paper work and agreed with the direction we were going to be headed in with my health. They also told me the price of the self pay appointment up front no hidden "got ya" fees. Very Pleased with first call for New Patient. I will continue to leave reviews as best as I can with up coming appointment. I will be fair and not nasty so you can take your tea cup and leave if that's what your reading for.

As a patient, I have never seen Dr. Berner. It is his PA instead. Although his PA is extremely pleasant and seems to be knowledgeable, I am paying a higher co-pay to see a specialist. Therefore, I expect to see an MD, at least in the beginning and once in awhile during future visits. Also, Dr. Berner's staff is completely incompetent and uncaring. You can forget about them returning phone calls as they state they will and you can forget them providing you with any assistance when you need it. Finally, what doctor's office works Monday through Thursday AND takes a two hour lunch EVERY DAY??? UNBELIEVABLE!

I saw Dr. Kirby wonderful P.A. And also nurse Janie she is awesome always returns calls and always very helpful, that's the only two I can brag on , office staff has a lot to work on!! Very none caring weather it be about your health or the financial end. So due to this I will be taking my business some where else.

Dr Berner is a great doctor - his office staff is horrendous!! The are extremely rude and condescending when trying to fill a prescription or make a change to an appointment. If he fires his staff, I would give him my business,

Dr Berner was very professional. He took his time to explain why he would certain test. He was also very knowledge. I felt very confident in his ability to treat my health issues. I'd recommend Dr Berner to any family member or friend.

Very unorganized , rude staff. If u need a prescription you better get a hand written one to take with you. If you need a PA on your meds you might as well forget it. , it took four months for me to get mine ! Would not send any one there ! He use to be the only ENDO around , now there's a new one in Holly Springs. Just right down the interstate !
