The tech who took the xrays was the only good thing about this place. Others were all very impersonal and I was quoted an astronomical price. After going elsewhere for a second opinion, that price was $1,000. less !!

My HMO Dental insurance assigned me to this practice. I was told that I needed a deep root cleaning although I never had one in the past 71 years and I always had trusted my dentist. They also said a crown was cracked and needed to be replaced. In all the crowns I had this was one painful experience and it went on over 2 weeks. I questioned why they failed to originally submit the claims to the insurance company and they said it was not covered. Finally they submitted the paper work as they were required to but I am still out over $1,000. I have gone to another dentist and confirmed that I never had any gum problems and the deep root cleaning was a rip-off in my opinion. My suggestion is be sure you are getting what you need.

Had a great first visit. Everyone made me feel at ease. Ana was great and made being in the dentist office enjoyable, something I never thought I would say. I was given a treatment plan and everything including the billing was fully explained. Dr. Bivens is great also at explaining what was needed for my dental treatment. Thank you all!

Doc said just a little filling, however, treatment plan indicates and charges for large filling. Doctor doesn't do small fillings even though that is what he informs patient he is doing. Is this because he's inept or he needs a boat payment? Or he wants further business doing root canals and crowns because he is so close to the root now. Planned work??? now a cluster. Additionally, doc is clumsy.

Nice Dr who should not be working in a dental mill place. Went there 3 yrs then quit. Hygienist terrible, it was actually painful and teeth did not feel clean. Office dingy and overall not very clean.. Tools were in pkt but old and rusty. Had no problems when I started 3 yrs ago now my teeth are a mess and missing.
