Dr. Bloom operated on my wife. She had an upper and lower blepharoplasty. While her eyes already sparkled Dr. Bloom significantly enhanced the brightness reducing a bit of puffiness under the eyes and heaviness above the eyes. I had a less invasive procedure called an IPL, Intense Pulsed Light. Likewise the results exceeded expectations bringing back crispness and clarity to my cheeks and forehead. I did not realize he was on the West Coast and actually… responding at 3:05 a.m. A few weeks later Dr. Bloom wanted to see us and guided us to an excellent surgeon he knew could do the best specific reconstructive work.
