Dr. Jason T Bock

After attempting several different careers, including a high school teacher, a fireman, a forest service worker, and a musician, Dr. Bock found a passion and love for orthodontics.
Originally from Vallejo, CA, he moved to San Francisco with his wife and children after being accepted into the dental program at the University of California San Francisco. Dr. Bock graduated from UCSF in 1984 and was then accepted into the Master's Program in orthodontics at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He graduated with a Master's Degree in Orthodontics and Orthopedics in 1986, with the publication of his Master's Thesis in maxillofacial surgery.
He moved back to California and opened offices in Orange County, located in Brea, and in the Inland Empire, located in Redlands. Dr. Bock has been in practice for over 17 years.
Dr. Bock is a board certified orthodontist and received his certification as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, an accomplishment achieved by less than 30% …of orthodontists. The American Board of Orthodontics is the only certifying board recognized by the council on Dental Education of the American Dental Association for the specialty of orthodontics.
Dr. Bock chose to specialize in orthodontics because he liked the artistry and personal transformation in creating beautiful smiles. He says, "Envisioning the teeth as they straighten and move into their perfect alignment is, to me, like watching a flower bloom in time lapse photography. There is elegance and simplicity in the creation of a beautiful smile."
Dr. Bock lives in Brea, CA with his wife, Elizabeth and five children, Katie, Jason, Adam, Andy, and Brian. Dr. Bock enjoys photography and is a nature photographer in his spare time. He also loves the outdoors and enjoys bird watching, hiking, and bike riding.
