Dr. Jason Aaron Brodsky, MD

In 29 years we have encountered many doctors due to his special needs but sadly I can count on one hand the doctors who have been kind, compassionate and professional. I count Dr. Brodsky among these few. Dr. Brodsky listened patiently to our questions and concerns..we did not feel our questions were too trivial and he never seemed rushed. It's very simple...He treated our son and us with kindness and respect.

My family meet Dr Brodsky at Shady Grove ICU. My mother was in her death bed and needed life sustaining, major abdominal surgery that very night, with months of rehab and it would be a tough road. As he explained this he was very focused, incredibly smart, articulate, and compassionate. It was a successful surgery. I had complete trust that if she could have a chance to live, he could make it happen. He held 1/2 hr family meeting - then we all spoke with my mom- then he readied for surgery. It's one week post surgery- and mom is slowly recovering. He has followed her care wonderfully. She really lines him and said he is a very nice man. He is a godsend and shady grove is lucky to have him. Also, Nurses Auerka and Kim in ICU were amazing as well.

After my injury that was limited to a clear diagnosis, Dr. Brodsky and team reassured my family and I of my condition and the best procedure to give me back quality of life.
