Difficult to get live person to answer phone or set up appointment. Finally went in person to set referred appointment and still couldn't get one for 2 MORE months, with no explanation why the delay. Was told insurance said no prior authorization needed and surgery would be covered, but after surgery, got bill with explanation insurance denied, prior authorization was necessary. No help from them in calling and getting the person they supposedly spoke with and straighten out the mess they caused. In fact, billing office actually tried to make it my fault because I didn't act after two insurance estimates seemed to deny what looked like double billing by doctor's office. I had clearly told doctor I only would do surgery IF insurance would cover and they assured me it did after they called insurance. Also was prescribed medication insurance didn't cover and another big expense. Appointments were short, but charged like they were long and mistakes in paperwork claimed I denied… having the very surgery he preformed on me.... Beware. They overbook patients and spend little time with them. Seems like they maximize profits and have a large staff, but staff is largely unhelpful and doesn't return calls or answer questions or help you.

This doctor shouldn't be a doctor. He has done irreversible trauma to not only my health but my mental state of mind. Makes me question every doctor I see.
