Dr. Cole was pleasant. He also understood my problem. He listened to me, then gave options. The nurses were polite and helpful.

He listened to and addressed everything I had to say while making sure to provide education where it was needed.

Explained tests and results in detail and laymen terms (w visual aids) so I felt secure in his diagnosis and prescribed treatment.

I saw Dr. Cole, after being referred by my gastroenterologist. She detected a skipped heartbeat and was concerned. When I finally made it to a patient room, an EKG was done. A while later, Dr. Cole came in with a copy of my EKG (no chart) in his hand and asked a few questions. He said, and I quote, "I see the PAC, but I don't know you and your history," in a rather rude manner. After I told him that I had had ablation for SVT a few years ago, he ordered a Holter monitor and a nuclear stress test. After returning the monitor, I called a few days later to ask for results. I was told that it would be a while before they knew the results as only 3 "persons" read the results. My nuclear stress test was anything but normal. They had to inject, via, an IV, medication to steadily bring my blood pressure down. The RN and others who were in the room were wonderful. I was called many days later and told that Dr. Cole found my stress test to be fine, and that there were no changes he was… recommending. About 5 weeks later, his office contacted me regarding the Holter monitor results. Although they reported that I have Premature Atrial Contractions, Dr. Cole suggested no medications or follow-up. I am seeing a different cardiologist this week. Under no circumstances would I return to Dr. Cole for anything. I have never, never had such an awful cardiology experience.

Dr. Cole and his staff treated me with courtesy and took the time to answer questions. At no time did I feel rushed. The options in my treatment were explained and advice given as necessary. I recommend him highly.
