Dr. Jason Albert Comeau, MD

Dr. Comeau has been monitoring my Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm for the past 4 years. Just recently it has grown to the point of needing repair. Two weeks ago Dr. Comeau did a successful repair at UPMC Lititz, PA. I must say the whole experience was positive with Dr. Comeau leading the way. I trusted him with this serious operation and I’m extremely pleased everything worked out well. The entire staff at UPMC Lititz did a outstanding job. I can’t thank Dr Comeau enough for taking care of me. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional while being understanding and kind. He communicates well and I’d highly recommend him. I have had 1 consult so far after referral from my pcp re: an existing aneurysm. I was respected as an intelligent patient seeking further advice about aortic aneurysm for which my twin has already had successful surgical repair in another county. I appreciated that he recommended contrast ctscan to evaluate lateral expansion which may require earlier repair than indicated by current size. He also urged me to tell my sons and niece to inform docs of family history and get scans for baselines. I look forward to his analysis after contrast ctscan this week. Doc and staff were all terrific.
