Dr. Jason Daniel Cooper, MD

Dr. Cooper is awesome! Very smart and knows what he's talking about. Always energetic and in a good mood. I would trust him with my life! His nurses are awesome too!

The coolest thing about Dr Jason is that he listens to you, and he understands. I particularly like that he is young and so up to date on a lot of differing ailments and treatments. He is a busy man because he is that good and he cares. He really cares about you.

Dr. Cooper is always in a hurry. He talks too fast and is very loud, rude and condescending. After seeing a respectable and highly qualified specialist for weight loss, Dr. Cooper criticized my choice to see this specialist and never commented on my loss of 20+ lbs, which resulted solely from a change in diet without any weight loss meds. Dr. Cooper neglected to look at my file, which contained a detailed report from the specialist, until I asked him to do so. I hope and pray that he will change his approach because we need physicians who respect and respond to patient needs. I give Dr. Cooper 1 star, but his staff gets 4+ stars.

Dr. Cooper has been the primary care physician for my family and I for the last 5 years. He is a phenomenal doctor, and I honestly cannot think of enough good things to say about him. The one thing that sticks out to me the most about Dr. Cooper is the amount of time he spends with his patients. He never rushes you the way other doctors tend to do. He spends quality time with you, making sure that you have discussed all of your concerns. More than that, he is genuinely interested in your overall well-being. I always joke that he is my PCP and therapist all in one! Iâ??ve recently moved to Maryland, but I still make the drive to Herndon to see Dr. Cooper because I refuse to go to anyone else. If you are looking for a primary care physician who is extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional, and compassionate, look no further! You can't find a better doctor than Dr. Cooper. He is truly unparalleled in his field. Lastly, both of Dr. Cooper's nurses are also very kind and professional.… It makes the entire experience so much more pleasant when you are able to build a relationship with the nurses. They are always very prompt in calling you back or in scheduling emergency appointments.

My wife and I are looking for a new doctor since we recently moved to Hendricks County. I tried to call the office to set up a meeting to meet Dr. Cooper. I placed the call at 1:20 PM on a Monday. I received the automated answering service and was placed on hold for 7 minutes without ever getting to speak with a live person. I hung up the phone since this is not the type of care we are looking for!!!

I had a heart attack. Dr. Cooper on multiple occasions refused to grant me more than one day off work, forcing me to pay for daily doctors visits. I visited yesterday after vomiting 20 times in the morning. He was in and out of the room in 2 minutes. He listened to my heart, not my stomach, then advised I would have to see a GI doctor. I protested, he then called me a hypochondriac and crazy. He then sends me downstairs for bloodwork during their lunch hour, causing me to wait. Today I got a certified letter telling me he was dropping me as a patient. I advise you to drop him as your doctor.

Dr. Cooper is always in a hurry when I have seen him. He is, in my opinion, just plain odd sometimes. He tries to be funny sometimes, but his jokes fell flat on me. He also really kind of trivialized the problem I most recently saw him for, gave me a substandard method of treatment that saw me in the ER later in the day. Was it his fault? I don't know, but I think it contributed. I can't recommend him at all.
