I'm about 3 weeks into Dr. Crocket's program for reversing diabetes, and my sugar numbers have already gone down. Does the program require change on my part? Absolutely, no beef and bread for a while are not easy for me, but if doing without it can get me off my meds (which don't seem to work anyway, or my numbers would go down from them alone), I can adapt! Now I'm almost at the point where some foods can be added back into my diet. Dr. Crocket prescribes blood, saliva, and stool tests you have never heard of, and then the results are reviewed with you and recommendations are made for your diet based on those detailed tests. The discussion with you is about YOUR test results, and he takes the time to tell you what each of the results means about YOUR body and answer all of your questions. He wants to find the root CAUSE of your problem(s), not just treat the symptoms. By the way, in the process of fixing my diet to address my diabetes, I've noticed that many of the… aches and pains that have crept up over the years are now either greatly diminished or completely gone. My program is scheduled to go for another 4 months yet, but I'm very happy with the results so far!
