Dr. Jason David Cundiff, MD

This dr has left my mother in pain after doing hernia surgery on a hernia the size of a half a loaf of bread in her stomach. He did not visit her after she woke up from her surgery! She stayed in the hospital for a night and did not see him one time. The surgery was several hours later than what it was scheduled for. My mother laid back in the bed waiting for a surgery that was supposed to be at 10:30 but didn’t happen until closer to 2 pm and that’s after being there since 8:30 am. He sent her home with 2 prescriptions one was a pain medication that wasn’t strong enough and didn’t give her many at all. Especially for having her insides pushed around like they had to. When she tried to tell them she needed a refill they told her to take over the counter medication. Do not go to this dr. That’s my advice!

I came into Blake Hospital ER with a bowel obstruction/perforated bowel and was taken that night for emergency surgery with Dr Jason Cundiff. He successfully performed a left hemicolectomy, removed 16 lymph nodes, and did so without me having to have a colostomy bag. Turned out the blockage was from a tumor and I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer at 39 years old & no family history at all. In my experience he is a great surgeon so thank you Dr Cundiff and also his staff for being so caring at my follow-up visit. I waited over a year to write this but now have completed chemo and currently in remission. He saved my life.

Horrible, got rescheduled only to get a call 2 1/2 hrs before appt. to be told he was moving out of state and would not be able to see me. Have been in discomfort for weeks waiting for referral and appt. He is the last surgeon I would ever see. Dr. Suess would be more reliable!!!!!!

My son had his appendix removed by Dr. Cundiff. He was very pleasant and was very helpful and explained what procedure he was going to do to make a quick and speedy recovery for my son. My son was nervous in the begin, but Dr. Cundiff made it so my son was at easy with the whole procedure.

Dr. Cundiff treated my two year old by taking out his adnoids and putting in ear tubes. He was wonderful to work with from the parent side but also made my son feel very comfortable. When there were complications months later, he was extremely accommodating at getting us into the office and even called to check up on my son over the weekend.
