Dr. Jason Gregory Defrancis, MD

Superb Doctor

Dr. Defrancis did not visit with me or my family before and after surgery. He said I would have options before surgery and was not presented with any. He joked about my life while under surgery and how I probably had a surgeon from off the street. I would not recommend him to any one! Even in the waiting room there is a sign saying you will be waiting for 4 hours or more. Horrible doctor and horrible staff that he can manage either. Please look for a doctor with professional and empathy ethics because Dr. Defrancis surely lacks those skills.

Appointment was for 3 p.m. While waiting in overcrowded uncomfortable room, found that there were a number of patients who had the same time appointment. Saw the Dr. at 5 p.m., lasted about 2 minutes. I have a number of orthopedic issues, but he chose which would be addressed and didn't give me much chance to talk. I was not satisifed with this Dr. at all.

I don't know how professional Dr. De Francis' staff is but they gave me an appointment for a date and time when the doctor's office was closed. I'm glad I called first to confirm (they never bothered to call me) and I discovered that the doctor will not be open until the following week.Very unreliable and unprofessional...causes me to question whether this physician can be trusted to care for my medical condition...
