Jason Diaz was born in New York, but was raised right here in South Florida. He earned his Bachelors in Health Care Administration from Nova Southeastern University, as well as a Bachelors in Science-PA studies from Miami Dade College. He also holds a Masters in Medical Science from St. Francis University.
Jason says he is passionate about helping his patients get to optimal health. But when he isn’t practicing medicine, Jason can be found traveling, spending time with his two children, and watching football on Sundays. He likes to collect sports memorabilia. His favorite sports team is the Miami Dolphins.
Jason wants his patients to know that he has your best interest at the forefront of your individual care plan. He truly believes that the patient/provider relationship is pivotal to good medicine.
