Of course the wait time is long, of course the office staff sucks. Be reasonable. This doctor knew his stuff and no, we didn't become best friends for life but he's there to do a job and he had a lot of other patients at the same time. He did his job and he did it well. I was correctly diagnosed, he followed up with me, and while he is QUIRKY, I do not have any complaints about his bedside manner. The other reviewer is the same sort who blames the server when their steak is cooked wrong. This doctor did a great job. I was rear ended, in a lot of pain, and had a concussion, and I left like he took grat care of me. I would go back to him anytime (under other circumstances, of course.)

we wait 7 hours in the emergency room after a car accident to see this doctor. he has bad manner, more interesting in the car accident than the patient cares. ask unreasonable question such as the color of the police car or what year of the car made that involved in the accident, and have to get accurate answers to these questions. the 7 hours waiting in the emergency room just because this doctor keep joking with the nurses. i did not see how this doctor care about the patients at all and i really doubt about this doctor's ethics.
