Dr. Jason Francis Dziak, MD

Dr. Dziak was my anesesiologist for my THIRD shoulder surgery. After the first two times (a different anesesiologist) I had so much pain that I was terrified to go through with this third surgery. Well my shoulder surgeon said he wanted me to get a nerve shot this time. I decided to get the shot because my surgeon thought I should but I was not excited about it. Dr. Dziak made me feel at ease when he came to tell me about the nerve shot. The next thing I knew, it was done! I don't even remember him doing it. Let me tell you, after my surgery, I had no pain. Zero. It was like my whole arm was numb. I can't believe that I didn't get this shot for my other surgeries. My recovery was so much better. I might have to get my knee done soon. I am hoping I can avoid that, but if I have to do it, I am going to make sure I get Dr. Dziak again!

Dr. Dziak is a great anesthesiologist! He is extremely thorough and detail oriented. He always gives patients a chance to ask questions and has a very calming bedside manner. He makes patients feel very safe as they are getting ready for surgery. He also stands out because after surgery is over, he takes the extra time to check on patients in the recovery room. Surgery is a very stressful thing. Dr. Dziak is definitely someone I want by my side to keep me safe and comfortable.
