He was very dismissive, and didn't listen to my concerns. Combative as well, when questioned

I have every confidence in Dr. Evans from a clinical perspective. However, he and the practice do not care about the patient or their needs/comfort during treatment. I had a kidney stone which required a stent and lithotripsy. they wanted to put the stent in more than 2 weeks before the procedure for no reason other than the convenience of the doctors schedule. It is very difficult to function with a stent due to the pain and pressure. So having it in longer than medically needed is cruel. You have a foreign body in you and have to take a lot of medication so it is not good for the patient. Then after the lithotripsy Dr. Evans wuold not see me before 10 days to even determine if the stent would be removed. You know after 2 - 3 days according to the urologist I switched to during my treatment if it can be removed or must be left in. Why not try and get the stent out for the patient as soon as possilbe. Simply because he didn't want to take the time to see me in his schedule. … And I won't even begin to discuss the office staff and how they treat you during the process. They changed the doctor who did my lithotripsy and never even bothered to tell me.

Dr. Evans give great details and has a concern for his patients. He always listen and addresses your concerns.
