Dr. Jason Andrew Felton

Dr F’s office has a bunch of incompetent people working for him. I was on hold for 40 min trying to make a phone call to no avail. I went to the office & no one was there to make me appt. or ask any questions. I went downstairs & his receptionist said she could not make an appointment for me because downstairs covering for someone. After going around and around with attempting to get my appointment made. I convinced one of the office staff to obliged me with an appointment. After I was done, I left the building and was to my car when the office manager was yelling at me in the parking lot in a aggressive manner telling me that her employees were great & she was going to be helping me find me a new provider. I told her I already made a appointment with the dr. By the time I got back from my vacation I had a certified letter in the mail firing me as a patient from an appointment that I was supposed to be at the next day that I had to schedule off for as I live in a different city.

I went downstairs and Carolyn told me she could not make an appointment for me because she was downstairs and there was “NO ONE” was there. Later on she told me that there was people upstairs they must have just been busy. After going around and around with Carolyn and Sarah K. attempting to get my appointment made they so kindly obliged me with an appointment. After I was done I got information to talk to Taylor the office manager. I left and went to my car. Just as I got to my car Taylor came out in an aggressive manner telling me that Sarah K. was one of her best people so she knew the problem didn't lye on her and that she could find me a new provider. All this because the staff was not manning the desk or have a sign saying go down stairs and not answering… the phones to make appointments.

Excellent bedside manner

He did a great laminectomy surgery on my spine. He sent his assistant Dr. Douthit. To the hospital to check me and release me. When I went back to have stitches Removed I didn't see a doctor, the nurse Removed my stitches. I felt like some of the stitches maybe should have been left in a little longer. I am scheduled to go back for post surgery, 5 1/2 week and hopefully I will see Dr Felton at this upcoming appt . I feel that my surgery was a success and would recommend Dr Jason Felton.

Dr Felton was excellent with me I can now walk without a cane or walker. I have less pain now.
