Dr. Jason Fennema has dedicated his ten-year career to Ravenswood Health & Wellness Center, helping it grow from a modest storefront practice on Irving Park Road into a comprehensive wellness facility. From the start he pursued a vision of providing lasting solutions rather than quick fixes, building a practice that uses objective measurements and standardized processes to evaluate patients and track outcomes. Today RHWC integrates assessment-driven care and individualized treatment plans to address a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal and wellness concerns.

Dr. Fennema’s clinical focus is spinal rehabilitation through chiropractic care and non‑pharmacologic, lifestyle‑focused approaches to health.
