Dr. Fish and staff were beyond nice and listen to me and my husbands concerns.

My first visit was fine, then he became a high pressure salesman on my second visit. The third visit the receptionist who is also appeared to be the dental technician and cleaning lady was very rude. The took me back and Dr. Fish slammed down his dental instrument. He yelled at me very loudly! I sat up and took off my bib and stated "This visit is over" I left. I called the office the next day to pick up my records and she gave me a hard time about that. I explained I an aware of the laws pertaining to records procedures and intended to arrive with our without an attorney. She agreed to a next day pick up time. I picked up my complete file the next afternoon. I received a bill! I paid the bill. I would NEVER suggest him. There is an American Dental Association that one could contact to make a formal complaint. I was just too sick at the time to do this. I had been through chemo and radiation pills and then radiation to my thyroid. My gums were a mess from that. In my opinion he is a… awful man.

I would NOT recommend this office to anyone for two reasons. First, the office hours are very inflexible making it difficult in getting appointments. Second, the main receptionist is very rude and has no concern about patient retention. I could not believe it when she refused to transfer my dental record to my new physician.
