From the moment I stepped into the waiting Room and I was greeted by the very nice receptionist. I felt at ease. She is very nice. When Wade came to get me I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable he explained things each step of the way, he has a great personality. I really felt comfortable when Katie came in and explained things to me. She had a way of making me feel Relaxed. Dr. Flieshman is also very nice and professional, he explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Kylie made me feel really comfortable the day of my surgery. She is very kind. Everyone in Dr. Flieshman’s office from the front desk to back give Excellent Service. I will be back.

Given the vast majority of patients are likely insured via Delta Dental and Dr. Fleischmann is a listed PPO with Delta Dental, it seems unusual that they charge patients before providing wisdom tooth extraction services. Furthermore, the amount they request (typically $400) is in excess of the patient's responsibility as determined by Delta Dental's post surgery EOB (claim). Consequently, the patient is due reimbursement for the difference. On two separate occasions we have had to request the reimbursement and it is highly plausible patients may not even be aware they are legally entitled to the difference. Our last extraction was in DEC 18, we requested reimbursement shortly thereafter and nothing has been received as of 21 FEB 19. Be aware when you receive services, you will likely be required to pay more than the patient's responsibility to receive care and should receive reimbursement after payment by your insurance (Delta Dental).

Upon entry into the office, I was immediately expected to pay a fee of $275 out of pocket for a 3D x-ray. Even as an in-network provider, this is not covered. I refused without the "doctor" (and I use that term very loosely) determining if the x-ray would be necessary, at which time I was assured that, if it wasn't they would "apply the payment to my other treatments." I again refused and stated that without knowing that the x-ray was necessary and without knowing that I would be having further treatment I did not intend to pay for an unnecessary procedure. During the "consultation" this man/doctor could not even explain why, as an oral surgeon, he would be a better option to extract one of the multiple teeth that I needed extracted (I was considering waiting on one tooth due to other conflicting medical issues and it being the only one in the quadrant.) Instead of providing any type of medical reason, he stated that he could say he was the just the best, but that wouldn't be very… professional and he couldn't give an answer like that. He did not ask why I would want to wait but assumed it was solely a monetary issue. Even though I tried to explain that I was consulting with him because he was an oral surgeon and not just any old dentist. He said, if I trusted my dentist that they could do the extractions, and that if I want him to do them, I should get my treatment plan straight with my dentist and then let him know what I want him to do. I left and went back to my dentist and I have scheduled the extractions through my original dentist. I've known my dentist for years, Ill take my chances, I'm certainly not paying for this guy to play with his fancy new toys.

After breaking a tooth over a weekend, I needed an extraction in a hurry. The front desk quickly scheduled me. I subsequently called the office multiple times with many questions. They were kind and helpful to me each time. Dr. Fleischmann was also patient with all my concerns. The office staff and the doctor have my vote of confidence!

He is highly qualified, an M.D. as well as an oral surgeon. He explained, in detail, everything that was going to happen. I was amazed at how gentle he is when working in your mouth. Before the appointment, I was concerned about the pain, but the procedure proved to be painless. I was given pain killers, but didn't have to use any. I also only had minimal swelling. The staff is also excellent. I highly recommend this doctor and will never go to anyone else.

I went for my first consultation to Dr. Fleischmann at the Great Falls office. He made me feel very trusting and whenever I had a question, he answered it in a manner where I didn't feel 'dumb'. He made me feel very comfortable during my visit and made sure that before my surgery, all of the details will be covered with a 'fine-tooth comb', all of my questions answered and my nerves settled -- as settled as they can get before going into surgery, that is. Dr. Fleischmann was recommended to me by my orthodontist as the best in Montana. I feel very honored and at ease to have him as my oral surgeon! However, I found the staff at the location I went to in Great Falls was a little snobby, for lack of a better term. Fortunately, when I returned for my surgery, the staff was 10x better.

I can't say enough good about Dr. Fleischmann. He's an excellent doctor, has a great chair-side manner, and is honest to a fault. When I had a minor complication after surgery, he claimed full responsibility for it. He didn't say "Well, you signed a waiver," or something like that. It wasn't anything major nor was it his fault. It would've happened no matter who had done the surgery.

DO NOT USE HIM! He was going to charge me over a $1000 dollars for a tooth extraction. I went to another dentist and then he sent me a "CONSULTATION" bill for $75 dollars. In my opinion he is 'worthless" and do not use him, there are plenty of good dentists out there that care about there patients and not the money, if you know what I mean.
