Dr tends to drone on about similar topics, often describing the same concept in numerous ways. He is a very nice man, though.

Very odd doctor, inpatient, overbearing, lacks empathy and compassion

My mother is suffering from Alzheimers. On our first visit with him, he looked at me and said, "your mom will be dead in 18 months, put her in a home now, and let your dad go golf." I was stunned by his lack of empathy and compassion. Not to mention my dad doesn't golf, so it was a blanket statement that had no true relevance to us. I told him my dad wanted to keep her at home as long as possible. The doctor said "he doesn't anymore", presumably after a conversation with my dad. When I asked my dad, he confirmed he does want to keep her home as long as possible. Dr. Graff proceeded to tell me "He sees people like me all of the time 'sideline quarterbacking' the caregiver". I can assure you that I am on the field working tirelessly to help my mom and dad. To be fair, I am not the full time caregiver and I do have breaks. But, that being said, I did not appreciate his rude attitude and disrespect for our situation. I would not recommend Dr. Graff to anyone with a parent with… Alzheimers. I would say his staff is amazing, caring and compassionate. Wish it would've carried through to the doctor. Such a huge disappointment.

Was informed of all the reasons why a nursing home is required for the elderly.

Dr. Jason Graff cared for both my mother and mother-in-law who suffered with Alzheimer's disease. From the first meeting I knew this was the right place because they just "get it". From early diagnosis to advanced care, they were there every step of the way with empathy and practical advice. When my mother-in-law was diagnosed, my first call was to Dr. Graff's office.

I had heard so many good things about this doctor and to be honest, coming from the hospital setting, I could not believe his patient family care and his overall lack of concern in communicating. I think he is too wrapped up in his own self gratification that he fails his patient miserably. He is unavailable to his patients and their families in all aspects. He is rude and very unprofessional in all aspects as well. I had been recommending him to families, only to find out in the case of my loved one, that he was totally irresponsible and non caring. He just does not want to be bothered unless he is showboating. He let my loved one down many times, without little regard, and if we got his best, well, that level of care can be given in pet clinics rather than long term care facilities. His patients are not personal nor individual, he is just concerned about putting in his time and being somewhere to mingle with those most like him. He is a total waste and I would not consider… him again for caring for someone's loved one. He has NO HEART!

This doctor was so disrespectful to my mother. He was telling her about all his friends who had die. Life tough deal with it. that what he told her. Which was completely irrelevant to the topix. He talk so much and so fast about nothing. He made no sense. He was rude to my mother. She cried the whole way home over the way he treated her. I Speak to my aunt who has been in health care 30 years. She was shock at the treatment my mother received from this doctor.

Dr Graff is very kind and thoughtful and has a good memory about previous events/illness and this helps make him an exceptional physician .Thanks for the great care
