Trying to get a hold of someone at the front desk is near impossible.. always HAVE TO LEAVE a message, and maybe they will get back to you.. But this leaving a message on the phone, never getting someone when I call is very bad.. The front desk needs to be retrained. Plus change their recorded message to only English, ( press 1 for Spanish)if needed.

I started using the services of Dr Guevara shortly after arriving in Florida almost four years ago. His seems to be a relatively new but conscientious practice under auspices of JSA Medical group in Winter Springs. All races and ages welcome to that rapidly growing business. For those who want gender specific physicians there is a female physician sharing that practice and female nurses. Dr. Guevara seems to have have a hand in training his staff to be conscientious, courteous and helpful. (The present hostess (telephone/information) is one of the best I have encountered. Empathy is the key word in describing the practice.

Jason is just an awesome doctor he is right on the money with diagnosis and follow up. I just love him!!
