Dr. Jason Harrison, MD

I searched around for a doctor for my mom. After several failed attempts we came across Dr Harrison and could not be happier. He is very thorough, compassionate, and even has a sense of humor. He takes such good care of my mom. I would recommended anyone I know that needs a doctor to him . Dr Harrison is genuinely a good hearted person, I cannot say enough good things about this doctor.

Dr. Harrison is a great doctor & a person that cares about you. He always listens to everything you say. Their nurse is great too. Always responds to our needs. We are so glad we found Harrison. We are very thankful for all the medical care he has given me.

I have been around doctors for most of my adult life. I have worked with them and due to my health, been seen by many of them. After a career change it had been a while since I had seen a doctor. My husband was in a terrible accident and I was a mess . A friend recommended Dr.Jason Harrsion. I went to my appointment and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff at admissions, his nurse and the doctor himself were very caring and helpful. The doctor was so thorough in trying to find out what was the cause of my medical issues. He has been very kind and his nurse has always called me right back(even when I've called 4 times earlier that day)! I talk a lot and he has always listened to everything I had to say. Believe me when I tell you most do not! Five stars in my book! Believe me when I tell you that it's rare I ever give more than 3 stars in a rating for anything or anyone. I am a tough person to please and I can honestly say I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Jason… Harrison.

Dr. Jason Harrison at the Diagnostic & Medical Clinic on Springhill Avenue dismissed my 74 yr. old father from his practice without warning or explanation. Dad took it as a hard blow and suffers still from Harrison's action. Harrison blocked Dad as a patient from the whole Mobile Infirmary system of 100's of doctors, clinics, and their hospital. Phone calls to H's nurse to further understand what happened were ignored. Appeal "higher up" to reverse was refused. Transfer of records from H's ofc required an unreasonable amount of effort. The health department of the county in which Harrison practices urges dismissal of patients only when there is verbal abuse, the threat of violence or violence. There was none of that from us. This is unfair and outrageous. But apparently it is perfectly acceptable in a profession that is askew with its place in society. A crack in a doctors-as-God broken health care system, for a patient to be mistreated like this, without discussion, or opportunity to… improve what the doctor found so offensive. Dad sunk further after this event that he took as blacklisting. Power run amuck here.

Very good Doctor was very nice and explained stuff to me that I didn't understand. I would recommend him to anyone
