Very kind but professional, I plan to have him do the necessary surgery on my thumb.

he was 2 hrs late and rushed in and was rude.

Dr Haslam did carpal tunnel surgery on both of hands he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take I thought he was great

he is simply the best and I recommend him highly

He was my dr for worker comp wrong wrong still can't use it and will not see me

I had a 3pm appointment today and have been sitting here for over an hr. Terrible patient services. If you like little to no communication and sitting in the waiting room for extended periods of time. This is your dr!

Went to a different wrist and hand doctor before Haslam and was severely disappointed. The final diagnosis was: "Come back to see me if anything changes," i.e. there was no diagnosis or treatment. I'm quite skeptical with doctors and even somewhat disillusioned after so many poor experiences. I went to Dr. Haslam and was immediately impressed with his kind, professional, and helpful manner. Usually, at pretty much any other doctor, you go in, they run tests, then you come back in a week for the results of those tests. Haslam not only squeezed me in to see another doctor there who performs a certain kind of muscle test involving electrical pulses, but also (though it was a long wait)saw me again after the tests, rather than making me wait a week, though I could see that he was having a very busy day - and on top of that, he did not make me feel rushed, as most every other doctor I've seen manages to do, as if they only want to check me off their list as quickly as possible and move on… to the next patient. I doubt it is usual practice for him to be able to send a patient to the other doctor for the tests on the same day, then to meet with that patient again on the same day, but I was very pleased by the gesture and with his obvious care and willingness to help - very different from the uninvolved, dry, indifferent manner of many other doctors I have seen. I was given a probable diagnosis, treated that day, and told to come back in six weeks if my hands were not improving.Since the appointment was today I can't give any review of the effects of his treatment, but the manner of his treatment, his professionalism, and my experience in his office get five stars, and I would recommend him to anyone.

He does not do follow up procedures easily if needed.

I recently had surgery on my right wrist. On my initial appointment my wait after I finished the paperwork was about 10 before going back and about 5-10 min more before seeing the Doctor which was very reasonable. Dr. Haslam was very up front with the possible outcomes of the surgery and a very professional and friendly individual. On the day of surgery he was reassuring and pleasant to deal with. He insured that I had proper pain management after the procedure. I found both the Dr. and his staff to be excellent. I would highly recommend this surgeon so much so that I am having surgery on my other wrist and he is the one I am using.

after surgery if a problem still persist, his will to do anything further to help pain that still persist, even after he said that there was something to be done was very WEAK. he was recconmended to us in an emergency situation, he would not be my choice for my doctor in the future, and I could never reconmend him.
