Dr. Hennes is very friendly, professional and an outstanding physician. He provided excellent care of me during my knee surgery.

7 years of pain 4 months of extremely poor office personnel I was forced to sign a waiver that I was to pay out of pocket for my services due to the fact the girl ( olga) never got prior authorization so I make another appointment again she (olga) never got prior authorization . I had requested 8 times via phone to send injection reports to surgeon I personally had to get myself .they never answer the phone I was told per the Lutheran general operator they screen calls and pick as nd choose whom they answer calls from . Then I myself went to the office requested in person my records the girl got mouthy with me found it funny that I was in pain d she stayed she was in pain too so I go to my appointment today and was told they were no longer my doctor tried to have me arrested for criminal trespassing. I have since contacted an attorney. I recommend finding another doctor.

Dr. Hennes was great. He was very laid back and explained my condition and my treatment options to me in great detail. I would highly recommend him!
