Dr. Jason Lane Herlong, MD

If I could give negative stars, I would. This doctor does not have an ounce of compassion or any drive to better his patient's lives. I have a fibromyalgia diagnosis and he said, "Fibromyalgia patients never get better! What do you want me to do about it?" He did not attempt to run any tests or help in any way and constantly talked down to me. I went to two visits and I asked him, "If you cannot do anything and do not want to try, why should I come back?" He said, "I'm not saying you have to!" After confronting him about his lack of patient care, he said, "Well, I guess we all could work on our bedside manner!" with as much sarcasm as he could muster. I never asked for or demanded anything from him. I was just seeking answers and help after living in pain for 3 years.

Very understanding about my pain. He is a truly caring doctor and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

A truely great pain physician. He is professional, courteous, compassionate, a good listener. He diagnosed my condition accurately. He treated me with effectively, my pain was and is much improved such I have been able to resume my normal activities. I feel that he truely cared about my situation and legitimately wanted to help me. I highly recommend this doctor. Could not be more satisfied.

Doctor listened to my issues about lower back pain.

Had to wait 30 minutes to go back. His staff seems lazy. When I asked the one lady sitting behind the desk a question she seemed to busy to help. Dr Hirlong was nice, he gave me ideas because I do not want medicine. I am getting a procedure in a few weeks.
