While this office may be highly recommended for cash-pay cosmetic patients, my experience as an insurance patient was highly unethical. Dr. Jack’s office successfully obtained full insurance approvals for my reconstructive surgeries (CPT 15830 and 15847). However, the administration refused to schedule my actual surgery date unless I paid a mandatory $7,500 out-of-pocket cash fee for the exact same work. They used the expiring 90-day insurance window to pressure me financially. I had to walk away from my medically necessary, approved surgeries because I refused to be contractually balance-billed.

Out of 3 surgeons, he spent the most time with me. He answered all my questions, and even asked questions, which made me feel like he wasn't rushed and wanted to know exactly what I'm wanting. The staff was very friendly and his nurse was great!

I had a reduction mammaplasty done by Dr. Jack and he was great!

Dr. Jack and his office staff are incredible. He has a great bed-side manner and spends all the time you need to make your procedure a positive one. He did my body sculpting and it has been one of the most positive experiences I have ever had.

Dr. Jack is a great surgeon. He did my breast augmentation and they are the perfect size for my body - he takes the time with his patients to make sure things are done right!! I also love how he does Botox - it is the best Botox I have ever gotten - my face looks very natural and the botox last a long time. Also, I have been using Latisse for my eyelashes that I got there and it is amazing - I have the best eyelashes! Definitely recommend him to all my family and friends. Also, his office in Liberty Park is beautiful!

dr. jack has done two procedures for me, a simple mole removal (non-canderous) and a breast augmentation. i have been very pleased with both; the augmentation still looks great even after having another child. i plan to see him again for a filler
